El Pomar Youth Sports Complex is the southern end of the trail which stars north at Woodman Road.

This park consists of 8 baseball fields along with pavilions and bathrooms And one of the best views in Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak Park is located in the Harrison School District #2 attendance area. The Harrison School District consists of 2 High Schools, 3 Middle Schools, 13 Elementary Schools, and a wide range of Charter and Technical schools.

Pikes Peak Park has traditionally been a very affordable neighborhood. while the median home price is still significantly lower than the rest of El Paso County, prices in Pikes Peak Park have risen over the last 5 years.
