The area of West Colorado Springs is bordered to the east by Downtown Colorado Springs, to the south by Old Colorado City, to the north by the Northwest area and to the west by Public lands and National Forest.

This area is home to The Garden of the Gods Club, Kissing Camels Club, Glen Eyrie and the Garden of the Gods Park. The west area doesn’t have the same type of residential density we see in other parts of town because private clubs and protected and public lands take up a large portion of this area. This area features a good amount of retail and commercial. Additionally, the area’s proximity to downtown and I-25 make it a convenient location for day-to-day living.

The West area of Colorado Springs is west of downtown Colorado Springs and north of Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City.
