About Marksheffel, Colorado
Marksheffel is a large, mostly undeveloped part of northeast El Paso County. It is currently under development as the Banning Lewis Ranch. This is a huge master-planned community that will occupy most of the entire Marksheffel area.
Banning Lewis Ranch already has a strong infrastructure in place with a large community center, pool and school in place with MUCH more to come.
The area extends from Woodmen Rd. on the north to Constitution Ave. on the south and Marksheffel Rd. on the west and Highway 24 on the east.
This area is close to Peterson Field and the Colorado Springs Airport. This is an exciting area from a growth standpoint. The developers have an aggressive plan in place and are looking to create a very strong community. This is a great choice is you are looking for a new home in a new community.
