I work in all neighborhoods in Colorado Springs. Each has its own uniqueness and charm. I can't say I favor one over another because they are all so different. I have found that being diverse with areas keeps me flexible and sharp.

My Favorite Thing to Do When No One is Watching
I will give you a hint...all I need is some floor space and some great music. My love for dancing is insatiable.

My Biography
As one of Springs Homes' Colorado Springs Real Estate Agents, I have been licensed since 1996 and work with both buyers and sellers. In 2009, I was ranked #21 out of 214 ERA agents statewide, for volume sold. I proudly support our local military and am happy to offer our military appreciation program to active duty clients.
In addition to real estate, my passions include running, ballroom dancing, cooking and playing the piano. With a strong background in new home construction and accounting, I have a sharp eye for detail.

Days on Market indicates how long homes are on the market until they are sold. Across the Pikes Peak Region, this metric used to hover around 88 days. Recently, this number has gone down to some crazy low numbers due to the low availability of inventory and the competitive Buyer's Market. Remember, as a general rule, homes in higher price ranges will have a higher Days on Market compared to homes in lower price ranges.
