My Favorite Neighborhood
You can take the boy out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the boy. I grew up in New York and will forever be a city person. Give me a winning lottery ticket and I am buying a loft in Central Colorado Springs on Tejon Street or up in LoDo.

My Favorite Thing to Do When No One is Watching
One hint....they are big and shiny. If you guessed the tuba, you are right on. Between giving youth lessons, practicing for my Brass Band and doing guest appearances, there is a lot of tuba in the Boylan house. Poor Jennifer. If you guessed something else, get you mind out of the gutter.

My Greatest Accomplishment
I noticed that Jennifer called Springs Homes her baby, well it is my baby too. We were on the internet with SpringsHomes.com website twenty years ago when it wasn't even cool. I love technology and my favorite thing is to keep our company at the leading edge. Just don't tell Jennifer that I have the company credit card!

My Biography
I have been a Colorado Springs Realtor since 1997 and as a first-year agent, I received the Real Trends Magazine, "Rookie of the Year" Award. Since then I have participated in hundreds of real estate transactions. 
I am a graduate of The Juilliard School and prior to my career in real estate, I worked as a professional musician, playing in orchestras and chamber groups in the United States and Europe. This experience fostered a strong work ethic and discipline. I lead the way in developing creative ways to use technology to market real estate. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge about the home building process and work closely with our Custom Home Builder partners.

Days on Market indicates how long homes are on the market until they are sold. Across the Pikes Peak Region, this metric used to hover around 88 days. Recently, this number has gone down to some crazy low numbers due to the low availability of inventory and the competitive Buyer's Market. Remember, as a general rule, homes in higher price ranges will have a higher Days on Market compared to homes in lower price ranges.
