My Favorite Neighborhood
The TriLakes neighborhood appeals to me because of what it has become. Once a sleepy little burb, it is now a happening place. Great local business and beautiful scenery make it hard to resist.
My Favorite Thing to Do When No One is Watching
Sometimes it feels like I have too many favorite things to do and not enough time. In my spare time, I am the conductor of the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony's Vivace Strings Orchestra, I love working in my garden, and finishing the day with a great dinner is so satisfying. Trust me I have help!
My Approach to Home Buying
I am not afraid to tell you what I am thinking. No being nice, no sugar coating, nada. If I think a home is over-priced or about to become the next money pit, you will hear about it and I am usually right.
My Greatest Accomplishment
Springs Homes is my baby. Joe and I are very proud to own one of the few independent boutique brokerages left in the Colorado Springs area. And we wouldn't trade the experience of it for anything! Our Colorado Springs Realtors are the best around.
I have been a licensed Realtor since 1980. I began my real estate career in Dallas and was active in sales as well as mortgage lending for 15 years before relocating to Colorado Springs in 1996. Being the Employing Broker of Springs Homes means overseeing our daily operations, reviewing all contracts, counseling Buyers and Sellers, negotiating contracts and managing both the Buy/Sell side of Real Estate as well as Property Management.
I graduated from SMU with a degree in Music Education and have been actively involved with the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony. I am a past member of the Board of Directors as well as the conductor of the Vivace String Orchestra.

The average activity for Realtors in the Pikes Peak Region is 11 real estate transactions per year. Every year I set lofty goals for myself to push me harder and harder. I can't wait to see what this coming year brings!
My Days On Market
Days on Market indicates how long homes are on the market until they are sold. Across the Pikes Peak Region, this metric used to hover around 88 days. Recently, this number has gone down to some crazy low numbers due to the low availability of inventory and the competitive Buyer's Market. Remember, as a general rule, homes in higher price ranges will have a higher Days on Market compared to homes in lower price ranges.
Springs Homes doesn't have exclusive "Buyer's Agents" or "Listing Agents", all of our agents provide full services to their clients regardless of whether they are Buyers or Sellers.
My Activity By Neighborhood
All of the Springs Homes Agents work across the entire Pikes Peak region. Although some of our agents have their favorite neighborhood, they will always be excited to show you homes from down south in Fountain up to north in Trilakes and from out west in Woodland Park out to east Peyton.
