My Favorite Neighborhood
Growing up along the Front Range, has made me love trees and space. Black Forest is one of my favorite neighborhoods because we have room to ride our ATVs and motorcycles just by taking them out of the barn.
My Favorite Thing to Do When No One is Watching
I am one of those girls who likes to get dirty. Between dirt bike riding and camping in the backwoods, I have a lifetime supply of oxyclean.

The average activity for Realtors in the Pikes Peak Region is 11 real estate transactions per year. This metric is combined for both Buyers and Sellers.
My Days On Market
Days on Market indicates how long homes are on the market until they are sold. Across the Pikes Peak Region, this metric used to hover around 88 days. Recently, this number has gone down to some crazy low numbers due to the low availability of inventory and the competitive Buyer's Market. Remember, as a general rule, homes in higher price ranges will have a higher Days on Market compared to homes in lower price ranges.

All of the Springs Homes Agents work across the entire Pikes Peak region. Although some of our agents have their favorite neighborhood, they will always be excited to show you homes from down south in Fountain up to north in Trilakes and from out west in Woodland Park out to east Peyton.
