Admission: $15-$140. From 350 entries, 43 films were selected for this year's festival featuring films by and about women. Topics of the films range from Middle East crisis, Newtown tragedy and handling grief. "The Great", Colorado Springs Philharmonic - Sat Nov 12, 7:30 pm, Sun Nov 13 2:30 pm, Pikes Peak Center

Admission: Various, kids free. Marcelo Lehninger conducts this outstanding concert featuring Schubert's Symphony No. 9 "The Great, Vieuxtemps' Violin Concerto No. 5 and the World Premiere of New Orleans composer Courtney Bryan's White Gleam of Our Bright Star.
