A Louisiana native, I have enjoyed calling Colorado home since 2001. I heart Colorado Springs something fierce. It’s unique geography and diverse neighborhoods have fueled my passion for growth and development in the Pikes Peak Region. With a degree in Finance, I geek out about the numbers and help my clients reach the best bottom line. My background in project management and relationship management comes in handy as I am guiding my clients towards smart decisions to fuel one of their most important life transitions.

After 14 years, I am thrilled to be working with Springs Homes again as a Colorado Springs Realtor! When I am not cruising the streets with my clients, I can be found enjoying some wine and the latest indie film at Kimball’s Peak Theatre. Or you might catch me complaining about my sometimes volatile, love/hate relationship with my curly hair.

After graduating college, Courtney worked for a new home builder here in Colorado Springs for a couple of years before becoming a licensed real estate professional in the summer of 1997. With close to 20 years in real estate, helping buyers and sellers exceed their real estate goals, remains her true passion. From traditional residential sales, to investment, second home, resort, and fix and flip properties, Courtney's experience, skill, dedication, go get 'em attitude, and never say never spirit, are what help set her apart in this industry.

The military also hold a soft spot in Courtney's heart. With so many military installations in Colorado Springs, she became a member of the Volunteer Realtor Program at Fort Carson years ago so that she could learn the unique nuances of military transfers both in and out of state, country, and world. Since that time, she has helped 100s of military families make these sometimes difficult move that much easier!

In her spare time, her son takes priority. From walking the golf course with him during his school golf tournaments, from score keeping his traveling team's basketball games most weekend evenings, from getting him out on the trails with her so that he can grow up appreciating and respecting the beauty and perfection that is this great state of Colorado, her son is typically right by her side.

Since 2010, he’s lived in Colorado Springs with assignments at Peterson Air Force Base working for both Air Force Space Command and the 21st Space Wing. He’s proud to continue a family tradition in real estate. He graduated Creighton University in Omaha with an MS in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, and regularly volunteers his time as a youth Case Manager for the Springs Teen Court downtown. He’s lived in Washington, Idaho, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Maryland, and served overseas as an Air Advisor to foreign military in Oman and Iraq. Before his departure from service, he led teams around the country in finding real estate for 1,200 of our nation’s newest Cyber forces personnel on various military bases coast to coast.
