Tri Lakes

The Tri-Lakes region of northern El Paso County Colorado is an area rich in natural beauty, breathtaking views and home to a fabulous community. This area located about a twenty minute drive north of Colorado Springs and 45 minutes from the Denver Tech Center.

Tri-Lakes was named for the three lakes that serve as prominent area features; Monument Lake, Palmer Lake and Lake Woodmoor. Although not really available for recreation other then fishing, these lake contribute to the overall beauty of the Tri-Lakes area.

Tri-Lakes encompasses’ two municipalities, the City of Monument and the Town of Palmer Lake. Palmer Lake is located in the Town of Palmer Lake; Monument Lake is located in the town of Monument, additionally, Lake Woodmoor is located in the Woodmoor subdivision which is in the City of Monument.

One of the best kept secrets in the Tri-Lakes area is the Woodmoor Pines Golf and Country Club. This club features Golf, Tennis, Swimming (both indoor and outdoor) as well as multiple dining and meeting rooms.
