Northgate

Northgate is one of the fastest growing areas in the Pike's Peak region. This area has seen significant growth in the residential arena as well as commercially. The area is named for it's close proximity to the Northgate of the United States Air Force Academy. Northgate is also home to "The Club at Flying Horse", Pikes Peak Community College, Rampart Campus as well Interquest Marketplace and Colorado Crossing these developments will also house a 38 lane Brunswick Zone that will feature bowling and laser tag, a 10-story, 306 room Renaissance Hotel, several restaurants including MacKenzie’s Chop House, a gas station, banks, an townhouse complex, and shopping galore.
