Northeastern Colorado Springs-The northeast part of Colorado Springs is located just south of the Briargate and north of the Central and East parts of town. This area features higher density residential and restaurants, retail, office and other commercial development. Schools for this particular area are a combination of Colorado Springs, School District #11 and Academy District #20. Homes in this area area a healthy mix of floor plans ans styles.
