Northwest

The Northwest part of Colorado Springs is a large portion of the west side of Colorado Springs. This area starts just north of the Garden of The Gods park and extends to the southern boundary of the United States Air Force Academy.

This area features some of the most interesting topography in the entire region. From dramatically steep to traditionally flat home sites this area has it all.

The Northwest side of Colorado Springs has a nice range of amenities from large grocery stores and big box stores to small locally owned stores.

This area is a combination of two school districts. The south end of the area is in the Colorado Springs School District #11, the northern part of this area is in the Academy School District #20 attendance area.

People live in this area primarily because of its natural beauty. This area is situated in the foothills of the Rampart Range and features dramatic topography, abundant wildlife and panoramic views out over the eastern plains.

This is a beautiful area with a huge appeal, there is a wide range of housing options and ample amenities.
