EastThe East side of Colorado Springs is best characterized as a mature area featuring gently rolling terrain, mature trees and a wide range of housing options. This area consists of several, well defined subdivisions, Village Seven, Villa Loma Rustic Hills and Park Vista Estates just to name a few. This area saw most of its growth during the seventies. Home styles range from traditional to contemporary. This part of town is serviced primarily by “Colorado Springs Utilities” with the exception of some subdivisions that feature larger lot sizes and homes on well and septic. The East side of Colorado Springs is located in the Colorado Springs School District #11 attendance area. This is a great area for people looking for a traditional neighborhood, complete with parks, schools, shopping, hospitals and a mature feel. The east side of Colorado Springs is probably one of the most overlooked areas in all of El Paso County. |
