Pikes Peak-This is America's mountain and any visit to Colorado Springs would not be complete without a visit to Pikes Peak, The Summit House via the Pikes Peak Highway.

Buckskin Joe-Situated at the base of the Greenhorn Mountains in beautiful central Colorado is one of the few remaining authentic old west towns in existence. The town is brought to life with hourly gun fights, some historical and some humorous, exciting live entertainment, barnyard animals for the kids, and everything you could imagine in an old west town plus more.

Cave of the winds- Cave of the Winds is an underground mansion of rooms and passages, decorated with limestone stalactites and flowstone curtains. Jewels of nature that took centuries to form are preserved in the spectacular sights at Cave of the Winds. Nestled among the foothills of Colorado's Rocky Mountains this magnificent cavern system and scenic canyon chronicle over 200 million years of geological history.

Seven Falls-Located in South Cheyenne Cañon, Seven Falls cascades 181 feet in seven distinct steps down a solid cliff of pikes peak granite. Crystal clear water from the southern most edges of the Pikes Peak watershed have, over the ages, carved this unique scenic masterpiece in an easily accessed location.

Manitou Cliff Dwellings-The Manitou Cliff Dwellings is a rare historical treasure. Preserved under a protective red sandstone overhang, authentic Anasazi cliff dwellings, built more than 700 years ago, await you here. There are no "Do Not Touch" signs. You are free to touch and even go inside these fascinating architectural remnants of an American Indian culture that roamed the Four Corners area of the Southwest from 1200 B.C. to A.D. 1300.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo- No visit to the Pikes Peak region is complete without a trip to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! Here, you'll experience an unforgettable adventure combining our breathtaking mountain scenery with more than 750 animals from around the world. All your favorites are here...from giraffes and elephants to lions and monkeys, hippos and bears. It's also a rare opportunity to see more than 30 endangered species including the Amur tiger, Mexican wolf, and Black-footed ferret!

Flying W Ranch-The Flying W Ranch is a working, mountain cattle ranch located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, that has specialized in western food and entertainment since 1953. In our high season we entertain and serve dinner to over a thousand persons nightly.

Sky Sox- The Colorado Springs Sky Sox are the Colorado Rockies AAA affiliate. Tickets are affordable, the stadium is easy to get to and most importantly, the games are fun!

Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center-One of the most unique arts centers is right here in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. Overlooking the purple mountains’ majesty of Pikes Peak, on land provided by Mrs. Spencer Penrose, the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center was founded in 1936 by Alice Bemis Taylor.

Colorado Springs Philharmonic- This is the home page for the largest professional orchestra in the Pikes Peak region.

Chamber Orchestra of the Springs- The Chamber Orchestra of the Springs is a non-profit community chamber orchestra, currently celebrating more than 20 seasons. Its mission is to provide great chamber music to music lovers of the Pikes Peak region.

Colorado Springs Youth Symphony- This is the official website for the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony. This organization is a remarkable asset for a community the size of Colorado Springs. This organization features beginner, intermediate and advanced performance and education opportunities. The Youth Symphony tours regularly to Europe and Asia.

Western Museum of Mining and Industry-The mission of the WMMI is to educate the public about the history and continuing contributions of mining in the American West through its collection, restoration, exhibition and interpretation of artifacts related to mining, metallurgy and their support industries.

American Numismatic Association- The American Numismatic Association is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to educating and encouraging people to study and collect money and related items.  With nearly 33,000 members, the Association serves the academic community, collectors and the general public with an interest in numismatics.

Ghost Town Museum- As a true preservation of Colorado’s western past, Ghost Town Museum is a fun and historic look back at kind of old west town that used to dot this region during the late1800’s and early 1900’s

Old Colorado City Historical Society- The Old Colorado City History Center is located at One South 24th Street in Old Colorado City. The History Center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The admission is free.

World Figure Skating Museum & Hall of Fame- The World Figure Skating Museum & Hall of Fame is the international repository for the sport of figure skating. The only institution of its kind in the world, the Museum is dedicated exclusively to the preservation and interpretation of the history of figure skating.

Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum- The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum is participating in a regional effort to mark the 200th anniversary of Zebulon Montgomery Pike's 1806 western expedition, which left a lasting legacy in shaping the identity of the Pikes Peak Region.

Dr. Lester L. Williams Fire Museum- The Dr. Lester L. Williams Fire Museum is located at 375 Printers Parkway just south of E. Pikes Peak Avenue in the City of Colorado Springs Fire Operations Center. Open daily 8-5 or by appointment

Colorado Springs Childrens Chorale- Formed in 1977 as a civic children's choir, the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale has grown from one choir of 30 children to five choirs.

The Colorado Springs Conservatory- The Conservatory Fall Semester 2006 is now under way and apart from the rigors of classes and lessons the students are engaging in a myriad of arts related activities.

Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center- The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, a place to learn about, appreciate and practice the arts, is a catalyst for engaging experiences in education and the performing and visual arts that challenge and elevate the human spirit.

Pikes Peak Library District-Sixteen years ago, the Pikes Peak Library District opened the Rockrimmon Branch Library to serve residents of northwestern Colorado Springs. In the decade and a half since, while the population of the community has expanded by more than 150,000, the District has maintained its system of 11 libraries and provided nationally recognized programs and services to its patrons.
