Briargate

Briargate - Briargate is a 10,000 acre master planned community. Located at the north end of Colorado Springs just east of the United States Air Force Academy. Briargate features Cul-de-Sac neighborhoods, great views of both "Pikes Peak" and the Front Range as well as lots of parks and open space and of shopping. Each of the various neighborhoods within Briargate are uniquely named and identified with monuments, perimeter fencing and limited road access to provide for safe and pleasant living environments. Briargate Sales Statistics For April 2008 The Briargate numbers for April are very interesting. The absorption rate for the month of April is 18%. Briargate is the third busiest area in the MLS. The only real concern is that the rate has slowly dropped since January from 25%. 18% is still a good number, especially given our current market condition.
