Jennifer Lohrig has lived in Colorado for over thirty years and comes from a family background in real estate. Her mother works at a local title company and her father has owned a real estate company and is currently a successful lender. With her knowledge of the local real estate market and as an investment property owner, real estate brokerage is second nature for Jennifer.

Over 14 years of professional experience in sales and real estate has helped Jennifer to build a loyal clientele. Jennifer’s outstanding customer skills have led to a loyal following and she enjoys developing her relationships with repeat buyers and sellers. Jennifer  has a extensive knowledge of the intricacies of buying and selling older homes. She also excels in working with first time homebuyers, growing families, investors, and newcomers to the Pikes Peak region. When time permits, enjoys exploring the Hawaiian Islands with friends and family as well as hiking and kayaking the trails and lakes of our beautiful surroundings.
